Counseling in Knoxville
Welcome
Life is often difficult, and especially so during transitions. It is helpful to have a safe, secure place to sort through those transitions as you make changes, whether planned or unexpected, with school, work, or family situations.
My name is Joy, and I consider it an honor to walk with those in need of support during these times of transition.
Change can bring with it growth, accompanied by anxiety, fear, and sadness, and it affects everyone in your circle. While anxiety, fear and sadness are normal responses to life events, they can become overwhelming. If you are struggling with life and the changes it sometimes brings, do not hesitate to reach out for support to help you grow through it.
